5. Offer & Onboarding
We confirm role, package and start date. You’ll receive devices/policies and join our orientation.
6. Probation & Growth

Junior Accountant

Support Australian SME clients with accurate bookkeeping and month-end tasks in a fast-learning, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily coding and bank reconciliations; AP/AR updates.
  • Assist month-end close, workpapers and management reports.
  • Payroll support (timesheets, leave, draft journals).
  • Maintain structured files and complex spreadsheets.
  • Data checks and variance follow-ups; on-time client deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; 1–2 years’ experience (strong freshers considered).
  • Solid MS Excel/Word/Outlook; exposure to Xero/Dext/FYI a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, clear written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with checklists, SLAs and collaborative workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place high-volume outbound calls to homeowners and businesses.
  • Deliver clear value messaging; handle objections professionally.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments to targets.
  • Record notes accurately in CRM; follow scripts and compliance.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs for connects, conversions and shows.
Requirements
  • 1+ year telesales/appointment-setting; solar experience preferred.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written); active listening and rapport-building.
  • Confident phone presence; resilient and target-driven.
  • Graduate preferred; strong freshers with relevant experience considered.
